Boy, I sure am glad that I sent out the picture of me that was taken the morning after I stayed up all night, and directly after spending 3 hours straight standing outside the nursery window because hospital nurses can't obey simple instructions, even when they happen to be stuck to the bassinet. ;-)
They were a post-it note that said, "No Bath, No Meds." We told them that we didn't want any meds/vaccinations, and that we did not want them to give the baby a bath so that he could go see his mom sooner (the midwives stick the baby on the mother's belly to nurse right after birth, but since we had an emergency c-section, that wasn't possible). So the nurse removed the note, gave the baby a bath, and then stuck the note back on! And then she came out and told me that because she gave him a bath, he'd have to stay in the nursery for another hour to warm back up.

That's nice! How's the whole having a kid thing working out? That's really fun!
Pretty well. We enjoy it.
